And by the time they are they leave the method, they do.”
THE URBAN HEALTH METHOD
1. We measure your body fat percentage.
If you are starting your journey at 50%, 40%, £30% body fat, you will need support for 12 months, 9 months, 3 months, respectively. It may be more. It may be less.
Full medical history will be taken into account. The additional diagnostic tests you take will predict the best and most succinct plan for success.
An approximate end body fat goal would be:
Men healthy range 13-19%
Women healthy range 21-27%
2. Nutrition Plan. What to eat in/out/when travelling/socially.
3. Training Plan - you can action this yourself, we can liase with your traine. Or find you one for a fee.
4. Supplement Plan
5. Additional testing requirements if any.
The first 12 weeks include:
6 X 1-2-1 Coaching session at 10 Harley Str/Skype/at your convenience.
